This was my largest group shot to date. What a great lesson in learning how to organize people and keeping the children interested and happy. The difficult part about that day was that we were dealing with a high wind on the lake, which was relentlessly sabotaging everyone’s hair. I was disappointed that I could not use the beautiful architecture of Stewart Hall as much as I had envisioned, but everyone’s hair was shooting sideways up on the veranda! However, we found the grassy slopes offered good cover and the solid bank of green behind them gave a fresh, neutralizing backdrop.
